Universal Music Group Nashville's Dottie Chamberlain To Exit In March

UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP NASHVILLE's (UMG) DOTTIE CHAMBERLAIN will exit the company and her position as Executive Assistant to Chairman/CEO MIKE DUNGAN, after 25 years of working with him. The announcement comes after DUNGAN's retirement last week (NET NEWS 1/10). She will depart in MARCH.
CHAMBERLAIN began her journey with the DUNGAN at ARISTA NASHVILLE in 1995, moving with him to CAPITOL RECORDS in 2000, and then UMG, where she worked with some of Country music’s most iconic entertainers, including LUKE BRYAN, KEITH URBAN, CHRIS STAPLETON, CARRIE UNDERWOOD, LITTLE BIG TOWN, GEORGE STRAIT, ERIC CHURCH, DARIUS RUCKER, DIERKS BENTLEY, VINCE GILL, KACEY MUSGRAVES, BROTHERS OSBORNE and REBA McENTIRE.
She previously served as Publicity Coord. for ARISTA NASHVILLE, where she was instrumental in the careers of BROOKS & DUNN, ALAN JACKSON, PAM TILLIS, DIAMOND RIO and BRAD PAISLEY.
