Songwriter Sam Hollander Releases New Book: '21 Hit Wonder: Flopping My Way To The Top Of The Charts'

A-listers from the industry gathered on MONDAY NIGHT (1/23) at THE ELECTRIC JANE in NASHVILLE to celebrate songwriter/producer SAM HOLLANDER and the release of his new book 21 HIT WONDER: FLOPPING MY WAY TO THE TOP OF THE CHARTS. HOLLANDER is known for writing and producing for artists like PANIC! AT THE DISCO, ONE DIRECTION, KATY PERRY, RINGO STARR, DEF LEPPARD, FALL OUT BOY, TRAIN, BLINK 182, JEWEL and more. 

Like the book, AN EVENING WITH SAM HOLLANDER was filled with stories of SAM's struggle to become a respected songwriter in the beginning of his career, and how those struggles lead to his current success. The event also featured surprise performances from artists HOLLANDER has written for or with, including CHRIS DAUGHTRY, who performed "Waiting For Superman," a song he and HOLLANDER co-wrote with BOYS LIKE GIRS SINGER MARTIN JOHNSON. 

The celebration was hosted by HOLLANDER's friend, songwriter/producer, BETTER THAN EZRA frontman and Co-Founder and Partner of PILGRIMAGE MUSIC & CULTURAL FESTIVAL in FRANKLIN, TN, KEVIN GRIFFIN.
