Longtime WEST PALM BEACH radio host and traffic reporter PAUL CAVENAUGH is coming out of retirement to join ROBINSON ENTERTAINMENT Adult Standards WLML (LEGENDS 100.3)/WEST PALM BEACH to provide morning and afternoon drive traffic reports, starting MONDAY (2/13).
Station owner DICK ROBINSON said, “Whether it is during LEGENDS MORNINGS WITH ANGELA AND STEVE from 6 am to 9 am, or during AFTERNOONS WITH TAYLOR between 4 pm and 6 pm, PAUL will keep our listeners fully informed about road-closings, major vehicle tie-ups, and other behind-the-wheel nuisances that plague -- and occasionally even endanger -- drivers on I-95 and other major traffic thoroughfares in our SOUTH FLORIDA broadcasting area.”
CAVENAUGH, who hosted at WJNO-A and anchored news at WGBS-A and WSDO (STUDIO 107)/MIAMI before a long stint as airborne traffic reporter at WJNO in 1988-2008, said, “I am delighted to be joining such remarkable talents as ANGELA MANFREDI and STEVE KETELAAR in the mornings and TAYLOR MORGAN every afternoon, where I promise to keep our LEGENDS listeners fully informed so they can safely and conveniently avoid any irritating, time-delaying traffic obstacles.”
