CITADEL Rhythmic AC WCDV (DIVA 103.3)/BATON ROUGE MD/middayer MICHELLE SOUTHERN will move to sister WDVW (DIVA 92.3)/NEW ORLEANS as MD/mornings with PD JOHN McQUEEN. She and McQUEEN will simulcast back to WCDV, replacing J.J. & ASHLEY. J.J. exits, and ASHLEY moves to MICHELLE's former midday slot, and MICHELLE retains MD duties back at WCDV.
