Aronow To Be Sony BMG Compliance Officer

According to SONY BMG, a member of the company's legal team, GIL ARONOW is the new SONY BMG VP/Law Dept. & Compliance Officer, in keeping with the agreement reached between the company and NY State Office Of Attorney General ELIOT SPITZER.

As part of the agreement a confidential employee "compliance hotline" has been established for employees wishing to report violations to the agreement.
