Clear Channel/New York Supports Marathoners

CLEAR CHANNEL/NEW YORK has been named the “Official Radio Media Partner” of the 2005 ING NEW YORK CITY MARATHON. Four of the stations in the NY cluster will participate in the event on NOVEMBER 6, including Top 40 WHTZ, Classic Rock WAXQ, Dance WKTU, and Urban WWPR. WHTZ will even have a special “all-star” team running in the event. VANESSA CARLTON will join the tem for the run in hopes of raising money and awareness for MUSICIANS ON CALL (www.musiciansoncall.org).
