IRELAND's High Court has given the green light to PHANTOM FM to build its new DUBLIN FM, rejecting a challenge by BOB GELDOF's ZED FM, an unsuccessful applicant for the license that claimed the BROADCASTING COMMISSION had been biased towards awarding the license to PHANTOM FM. The station is projected for a SPRING 2006 launch.
