CLEAR CHANNEL's total hurricane relief efforts have topped $65 million within the first two months, according to the company. The funds were raised via a combination of employee donations, benefit concerts and relief drives created by CLEAR CHANNEL MUSIC GROUP and held at its amphitheaters and live concert venues nationwide; radiothons, telethons and drives for critical supplies, including food, water and clothing organized by CLEAR CHANNEL radio and television stations; celebrity public service announcements in support of the AMERICAN RED CROSS and CLEAR CHANNEL’s hurricane relief website, StormAid.com, recorded by and aired on the majority of Clear Channel radio and television stations across the country; and outdoor billboard space encouraging support of the AMERICAN RED CROSS and StormAid.com.
