Entravision Radio Revenues Rise For Q3

ENTRAVISION third quarter net revenue rose 8% to $75.537 million, with EBITDA up 14% to $26.738, free cash flow up 1% to $12.859 (flat at 10 cents/share), and net income dropping from a potisitive $3.689 million in 2004 to a loss of $12.820 million in 2005 (loss of 10 cents/share). The net loss for 2005 includes a charge of $28 million for debt extinguishment after the refinaicing of the company's former credit facility and the completion of a tender offer. Radio revenue jumped 12% to $28.364 million.

The company expects fourth quarter radio revenue of $24.25-$24.45 million, with total net revenue of $70.75-$71.35 million.
