The FCC's latest quarterly report on informal consumer inquiries and complaints showed a jump in indecency complaints for TV and radio from 6,161 in the second quarter to 26,185 in the third, pushing the total from 6,429 to 26,368. Most of the indecency complaints came in JULY (23,547), with a radical falloff to 1,716 in AUGUST and just 922 in SEPTEMBER.
