RADIO ONE Urban AC WKJS-WKJM/RICHMOND, VA PD AL PAYNE has been elevated to OM for the RADIO ONE/RICHMOND cluster, which includes Urban WCDX (POWER 92.1 JAMZ) and Gospel WPZZ (PRAISE 104.7). REGGIE BAKER continues as PD of WCDX and WPZZ.
