PEARSON Alternative KERX (THE X 95.3)/FT, SMITH, AR hires JESSICA BOWEN for middays/Production Director. BOWEN comes from crosstown CUMULUS. She replaces CRAIG MORRISON, who moved to COLORADO SPRINGS to do mornings with his wife SAM ADAMS at Country KKCS, as previously reported on ALL ACCESS.
