ARTEMIS National Director of Rock Promotion ALISON HEARNE leaves the company for UNIVERSAL RECORDS. She is returning to the label as local rep in the PHILADELPHIA/WASHINGTON D.C. area. She replaces DAVID RAVIKOFF who has gone to WARNER BROS. in the same territory.
