Talk WTDY-A (MADISON 1670 THE PULSE)/MADISON shuffles its lineup, moving afternoon host SHAWN PREBIL to mornings, allowing PD JOHN (SLY) SYLVESTER to concentrate on middays 11a-2p CT, and adding former KRKO-A/EVERETT-SEATTLE host DAVE WALSH for afternoons, his second tour of duty at WTDY (he did the station's sports show in 2003).
