A headline on the DRUDGE REPORT website says that "CUMULUS is the frontrunner" among bids received for the ABC RADIO spinoff-merger-sale, according to DRUDGE's sources. The long-discussed sale would involve a "reverse Morris trust" deal spinning the stations and networks into a company 50% owned by DISNEY shareholders and 50% owned by the buyer.
