NEXTMEDIA Talk WJOL-A/JOLIET, IL afternoon host TOM RAY exits the station after three years in the slot (following 10 years in mornings), reports the CHICAGO SUN-TIMES' ROBERT FEDER. The station adds syndicated DAVE RAMSEY for 1-4 and WJOL news anchor ISAAC SANCKEN gets 4-6p.
