Saga Catches Citadel Spinoff Of WCLZ

CITADEL's LAST BASTION STATION TRUST, the trust formed to hold and sell the company's spinoffs after its takeover of ABC RADIO, files with the FCC to sell AAA WCLZ/BRUNSWICK-PORTLAND, ME to SAGA COMMUNICATIONS for $3.5 million. WCLZ was one of 11 stations placed into the trust by CITADEL upon closing of the ABC deal.
