After a great four-year run at JOURNAL Top 40/Rhythmic WKHT (HOT 104.5)/KNOXVILLE, PD RUSS ALLEN has resigned his post. He told ALL ACCESS, "I have enjoyed my association with HOT 104.5 and the JOURNAL BROADCAST GROUP over the last four years. We have accomplished much during this period of time -- and I leave the station in great shape.
