CONNOISSEUR MEDIA's previously announced swap of Spanish KTCM/KINGMAN, KS to AD ASTRA PER ASPERA BROADCASTING for Top 40 KGGG/HUTCHINSON-WICHITA also includes cash consideration, according to paperwork filed with the FCC. CONNOISSEUR is paying $3 million to AD ASTRA along with the KTCM license. KGGG has a construction permit to change city of liense to HAVEN, KS as a Class C2 with a tower closer to WICHITA.

Claro Closes On KOPY-A-F/Alice, TX

GERALD BENAVIDES' CLARO COMMUNICATIONS has closed on the purchase of Sports KOPY-A (FOX SPORTS RADIO 1070) and Tejano KOPY-F (Y 92)/ALICE, TX from SENDERO MULTIMEDIA INC. for $300,000. MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's BILL WHITLEY represented the seller in the deal.
