CORUS Talk CJOB-A/WINNIPEG gets its application to move to FM rejected by the CRTC. The Commission ruled that the proposed FM facility would have covered more territory than the station's present AM contours, unlike similar applications by the CBC to move some of its western CANADA AM facilities to FM.
