HORIZON Gospel WQLS/DOTHAN air personality TOMMY "LOVE" MCCULLOUGH is thinking about how to defend himself against legal action filed by a debt collector who charged that MCCULLOUGH harassed him on-air.
According to THE DOTHAN EAGLE, MCCULLOUGH was charged with harassing communications after he went on the "TOM AND WAYNE MORNING SHOW" and asserted that Miracle Finance manager MICHAEL SCHAULE tried to intimidate poor black people when collecting debt by driving a car that looked like to a police vehicle and by wearing a police scanner. He further claimed that on AUG. 23rd, SCHAULE came into one of MCCULLOUGH’s family members’ residences without a warrant to collect a debt -- even thought the woman residing in the residence noted that her husband wasn't home.
MCCULLOUGH asserts that his words were hypothetical in context and has been wrongfully accused.
