CLEAR CHANNEL Urban WMIB (103.5 THE BEAT)/MIAMI PD DION SUMMERS has resigned his post, effective NOVEMBER 28th, to accept the Sr. PD/Urban Formats role at XM SATELLITE RADIO. SUMMERS will begin his job at XM on DECEMBER 5th .
