Baltimore Sportscaster Pleads Guilty To Sex Charge

Longtime BALTIMORE radio sportscaster ART SINCLAIR has been sentenced to 10 years in prison but will serve only 70 days with the rest suspended for having sex with a 16 year old girl in a parking lot. 

SINCLAIR (ARTHUR J. LAPENOTIERE) pleaded guilty to a charge of unnatural or perverted sexual practices in the case, which arose from his arrest with a girl in the parking lot of a shopping center in ELLICOTT CITY, MD. SINCLAIR says he met the girl on the Internet; he will begin serving his 70 days on JANUARY 6. SINCLAIR has been fired as radio commentatror for indoor soccer's BALTIMORE BLAST and had quadruple bypass surgery earlier this year while serving as Sports Dir. at WCBM-A.
