SETH NEIMAN, who has been working for STARBUCKS's XM 75 channel, is resigning OCT. 2nd to take a job with CBS RADIO. While the title of his new position has yet to be announced, NEIMAN starts in LOS ANGELES on OCT 9th, but will relocate permanently to NEW YORK soon thereafter.
