  Celebrity scuttlebutt website TMZ.COM is reporting that BRITNEY SPEARS has lost physical custody of her children. L.A. County Superior Court Judge SCOTT GORDON ordered that KEVIN FEDERLINE, the boys' father, "retain physical custody of the minor children on WEDNESDAY, OCT. 3, 2007 at NOON until further order of the court."
