GARDEN CITY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Spanish Hits daytimer KFJZ-A (LA PANTERA)/FORT WORTH-DALLAS to GABRIEL and SYLVIA ARANGO's SIGA BROADCASTING CORP. for $1.8 million cash. SIGA owns four other stations in TEXAS.

In other deals filed with the FCC, NRG MEDIA is selling Oldies KLCH (LAKE HITS 95)/LAKE CITY, MN (on the MISSISSIPPI RIVER halfway between the TWIN CITIES and LA CROSSE) to ALAN R. QUARNSTROM's Q MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $150,000 in a promissory note plus an LMA before closing. QUARNSTROM LMAs two other stations in the RED WING market, Classic Country KCUE-A (BLUFF COUNTRY) and Classic Hits KWNG, from SORENSON BROADCASTING.
CARTER-SHERMAN BROADCAST GROUP, INC. sells Urban KSJM (HOT 107.9 JAMZ)/WINFIELD, KS to LAWRENCE E. STECKLINE's MID-AMERICA AG NETWORK, INC. for $600,000. The signal rimshots WICHITA and the station holds a CP to move slightly closer to WICHITA and upgrade from a Class C2 to a Class C1.
FAMILY VISION MINISTRIES, INC. is selling noncommercial Southern Gospel KAYH (FAMILY FM)/FAYETTEVILLE, AR to BOTT BROADCASTING's COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. for $900,000.
NOE RADIO ENTERPRISES, LLC is selling Top 40 KNOE-F/MONROE, LA to CLAY E. HOLLADAY's RADIO MONROE, LLC for $900,000 cash plus a time brokerage agreement.
And RUBEN ('PETE') AND TELISSA CALFEE are paying $10,000 each to RICHARD S. TALLENT, CAROL A. TALLENT, THEODORE J. BORDELON AND BARBARA J. BORDELON and $20,000 to HAROLD WHITE to buy out their interests in CROSSTEXAS MEDIA, INC., licensee of Contemporary Christian KCOX-A and Southern Gospel KTXJ-F/JASPER, TX. The CALFEES are increasing their stakes from 13.16% to 50% each with the transfers.
