CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WGST-A/ATLANTA morning co-host SPIFF CARNER has exited the station. RANDY COOK, CARNER's longtime on-air partner at WGST and before that at WFOX, WLCL (COOL 105.7) and WLTF (LITE 94.9) continues solo in mornings as "THE MORNING DRIVE WITH RANDY COOK."
