CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WXXL (XL106.7)/ORLANDO reports a novel way of spreading the love, influence and money around to the staff.

Sister Top 40 KHTS (CHANNEL 93.3)/SAN DIEGO night stud FRANKIE V has been doing nights at XL 106.7 via VT for about a year now. PD MICHAEL BRYAN decided to have morning co-host JAYDE do 7-8p with "JAYDE's ALL ACCESS" (great name), featuring music and the biggest local and national celebrity interviews, and discovering new music for the station. "FRANKIE did a great job for us, but this was a clever way to bring our listeners what's hot in ORLANDO; it features some great local content and showcases new music," said BRYAN.

Afternoon stud STICK will also handle 8-11p with a "Top 20 Countdown" concept, based on listener input through www.xl1067.com, texting and the request lines. From 11p-mid, the station will be repeating JAYDE's earlier hour.

In the process, APD/MD JANA SUTTER's shift extends from 10a-4p daily, and from 5-6a, it's the "JOHNNY & JAYDE Warmup Show" featuring some best-of bits getting the audience warmed up for the live 6-10a show.
