With the closing of DEMOCRACY RADIO (as first reported at ALL ACCESS) with the departure of founder TOM ATHANS to head up AIR AMERICA RADIO's syndication efforts, RON HARTENBAUM's WYD MEDIA MANAGEMENT has purchased full ownership of STEPHANIE MILLER's syndicated morning show. MILLER's show remains distributed by JONES RADIO NETWORKS.
