HOUSTON rapper BIG MOE passed away early yesterday morning (10/14) due to complications from a heart attack, sources revealed to ALLHIPHOP.COM. BIG MOE, born KENNETH MOORE, suffered a massive heart attack on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7th and had been a coma since he was hospitalized. He never came out of the coma and was on life support 24 hours a day. 

BIG MOE was a member of DJ Screw's Screwed Up Click. He was best known for his 2002 single "Purple Stuff," which was taken from his sophomore album titled "Purple World." "BIG MOE was one of the pioneers of the Screwed Up Click and the H-Town sound," TEXAS legend MICHAEL "5000" WATTS of SWISHAHOUSE told ALLHIPHOP.COM. "This man brought what we are on the street to the mixtapes and CDs. I'm personally honored to have had a feature from him on one of our [SWISHAHOUSE] albums."
