DAVIDSON MEDIA GROUP is selling Spanish KTUV-A (POTENCIA LATINA 1440 AM)/LITTLE ROCK and Regional Mexican KJMU-A (LA GRAN D)/SAND SPRINGS-TULSA, OK to BIRACH BROADCASTING CORP. for $1.5 million cash. JOHN PIERCE AND CO. is serving as broker for the deal.
In another deal filed with the FCC, YOUR CHRISTIAN COMPANION NETWORK, INC. is selling FM translator K291BC/TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, NM and K234BH/SOCORRO, NM to MARIA CANDELARIA for $6,000.
