The transfer of the construction permit for FM translator W247AZ/BERLIN, WI from SISTER GRACE, INC. to ANDREW DISTERHAFT is approved by the FCC over the objection of MARK HELLER of WTRW/TWO RIVERS, WI, who asserted that since DISTERHAFT is employed by the translator's intended primary station, HOMETOWN BROADCASTING Classic Hits WAUH (THE BUG)/WAUTOMA, WI, he cannot under the rules own the translator. However, the Commission agreed with DISTERHAFT that the translator's contours are entirely within the primary station's contours and thus allow him to own the translator as a fill-in for WAUH's coverage area.
