612 ABC/BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA ups afternoon host SPENCER HOWSON to the breakfast slow starting JANUARY 23. HOWSON's ascendancy brings a series of changes to the station's lineup, mid-morning host STEVE AUSTIN moves to evenings and the BRISBANE COURIER-MAIL reports that columnist/author MADONNA KING will take his place, with KELLY HIGGINS-DEVINE taking HOWSON's old afternoon shift.
