ALL ACCESS has confirmed that BONNEVILLE Talk KSL-A-F/SALT LAKE CITY "NIGHTSIDE PROJECT" anchor MICHAEL CASTNER has exited the station. CASTNER joined KSL from CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KFI-A/LOS ANGELES in 2006, and worked at E! ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION, "ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT" and TRIBUNE BROADCASTING.
CASTNER's departure is part of a restructuring of the "NIGHTSIDE PROJECT" show, which garnered large audiences but ran into financial difficulty. BONNEVILLE will continue the "NIGHTSIDE" programming and will develop material for KSL's morning news block but with a smaller staff and reduced programming scope. The show will air TONIGHT with ETHAN MILLARD and ALEX KIRRY co-hosting. The show will continue to air on sister Talk KTAR-A/PHOENIX and WWWT-A-F (3WT)/WASHINGTON.
