My 106.1 Drops Whoopi, Brings In Logan

CLEAR CHANNEL Rhythmic AC WISX (MY 106.1)/PHILADELPHIA is dropping the "WHOOPI GOLDBERG Morning Show" with a morning show that mixes music with afternooner LOGAN serving has host, beginning NOV. 19th. 

There's no word on who will be doing afternoons at the station.

"This has been a great opportunity and a lot of fun to have WHOOPI launch our station, but now she’s going to concentrate on her endeavors in NEW YORK," PD BRIAN CHECK said.
