Open House Party-Sunday Gets New Host

BEASLEY Top 40/Rhythmic WRDW (WIRED 96.5)/PHILADELPHIA APD/afternooner KANNON takes over the reins of OPEN HOUSE PARTY-SUNDAY, starting the weekend after THANKSGIVING. SATURDAY OHP remains hosted by JOHN GARABEDIAN.

KANNON, at one time, was the head mixer for OHP. Prior to joining WIRED 96.5, he was the night jock at COX Top 40/Rhythmic WBTS (95.5 THE BEST)/ATLANTA. "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to host the show that inspired my career! I look forward to working with JOHN to bring new life to an already amazing product," said KANNON.

KANE, host of OHP-SUNDAY for the past three years, said he is stepping down to concentrate on a future syndication venture. He remains the morning show host on CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WIHT (HOT 99.5)/WASHINGTON, D.C., as well as voicetracking afternoons at sister Top 40 WFLZ/TAMPA.
