SWMX Takes A Hit in 3Q

Electronic advertising distributor and marketer SWMX announced results for the third quarter and the first nine months of 2007. The company posted an operating loss of $3.2 million, versus a loss of $2.8 million for the same period of last year. The net loss for the third quarter was $3.4 million, or $(0.02) per common share, compared with a net loss of $2.8 million, or $0.01 per common share, for the third quarter of 2006.

For the first nine months of 2007, SWMX reported net revenue of $2.2 million, compared to $1.5 million for the first nine months of 2006. The company’s net loss for the first nine months of 2007 was $8.3 million, or $(0.04) per common share, compared to $6.4 million, or $(0.03) per common share for the nine months ended SEPTEMBER 30th, 2006.

Net revenue for the third quarter was $0.3 million, as compared to $0.6 million for the same period in 2006.
