DC101's Elliot Hit With $13 Mil. Lawsuit

CLEAR CHANNEL Alternative WWDC (DC101)/WASHINGTON, D.C. morning man ELLIOT SEAGAL of ELLIOT IN THE MORNING has been sued $13 million for slander and privacy charges by WALTER EDWARDS, ex-manager of CLEAR CHANNEL's NISSAN PAVILION venue. EDWARDS reportedly warned SEAGAL that VIRGINIA ABC and ARAMARK, who own concession rights at the venue, were not happy with SEGAL promoting DC101's "SHANTYTOWN" concert as a show with cheap beer and running photos of scantily clad women on the station's website.

EDWARDS cites that ELLIOT called him on-air a "pussy," a spineless ass," by claiming falsely that EDWARDS had cancelled the event, by saying he would hold the event on EDWARDS’ "dead corpse," by saying, "EDWARDS sucks donkey dicks," and that EDWARDS is "the best reason for a very late, late, late-term abortion."

Both SEGAL and DC 101 VP/GM BENNETT ZIER were contact by ALL ACCESS, but neither one commented. ZIER told ALL ACCESS," I don't have all the facts yet."
