  HALL COMMUNICATIONS AC WROZ (ROSE )/LANCASTER, PA names crosstown WLAN morning show host DENNIS MITCHELL and MICHELLE CRUZ, best known for her work at WQXA/HARRISBURG, PA and Q102 PHILADELPHIA, to team up for the "THE ROSE BREAKFAST CLUB WITH DENNIS MITCHELL & MICHELLE CRUZ."
  MITCHELL and CRUZ had previously worked together in the market as the morning team for Country WCAT/HARRISBURG. THE ROSE BREAKFAST CLUB debuts on MONDAY (11/26).
