SUNBURY BROADCASTING CORP. is buying AC WVLY (THE VALLEY) and Talk WMLP-A/MILTON, PA from MILTON-LEWISBURG BROADCASTING, INC. (JOHN YINGLING and DON STEESE) for $3 million. SUNBURY also owns WQKX-WEGH-WKOX-A/SUNBURY, PA and will take over the new acquisitions in an LMA next week.
