CUMULUS AAA WKQL (107one)/ANN ARBOR has embarked on a mission to raise a whopping 150 tons of food for FOOD GATHERERS in WASHTENAW COUNTY. Entitled "Rockin' For The Hungry," the station's biggest food drive of the year brings together over 100 charities to support hungry people. The station's air talent will be doing a remote in front of BUSCH'S grocery store in ANN ARBOR, starting on WEDNESDAY, DEC. 5th at 6a to SUNDAY afternoon the 8th.
107ONE is asking for autographed merchandise from its favorite artists to auction off Past rarities auctioned for the food band include BEN FOLDS piano keys and signed DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE drum heads to a collection of Post-it note art from MIKE DOUGHTY (which raised $300, the equivalent of one ton of food).
