TIMES AND NEWS PUBLISHING Country WGTY/YORK has officially named SCOTT DONATO as PD. SCOTT had been programming the station since AUGUST, when he was named Interim PD. He tells ALL ACCESS that he will also remain on the morning show with his partner KIM ALEXANDER.
