NRC BROADCASTING Adult Hits KJAC (JACK-FM)/DENVER Promotion Dir. KEN TOMCZAK accepts the same duties at AAA sister KCUV.
"With KCUV and JACK, we have two excellent music stations in the DENVER market," TOMCZAK said. "There are a lot of exciting things in the works for KCUV, so 2008 will be a big year for the station."
Also at KCUV, morning man OZ MEDINA exits for personal reasons. Former KCUV morning host G. BROWN segues back to ayems from middays, while ZAK PHILLIPS comes back to the station to handle middays."
"We're sorry to see OZ leave us," PD DOUG CLIFTON stated. "He’s been a major player in DENVER radio for many years. With change, there are always new opportunities. Having G. move to mornings opens the door to bring back former KCUV favorite ZAK PHILLIPS into middays. As KEN TOMCZAK moves into the promotions and marketing chair, 2008 promises to be an exciting year at The V."
