  Settling Down
  
  As predicted here a few days ago (NET NEWS, 12/18), XM Satellite Radio and WARNER MUSIC GROUP have resolved the lawsuit brought by WMG over XM's PIONEER INNO, a portable satellite radio with advanced recording features. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
  WMG follows UMG in resolving its dispute with XM over radios with advanced recording functionality. Both agreements are multi-year deals that cover current XM radios and future devices.
