BUCKLEY Talk WOR-A/NEW YORK host JOAN HAMBURG is one of eight recipients of the 2006 Matrix Awards from NEW YORK WOMEN IN COMMUNICATIONS, INC. The awards, acknowledging women who have distinguished themselves in the media and advertising, will be bestowed at an APRIL 3 luncheon emceed by ELLEN DEGENERES and sponsored by the OXYGEN network.
