INFINITY Country KMLE/PHOENIX PD JAY McCARTHY tells ALL ACCESS that Promo. Dir. HEATHER PROPPER is leaving the station to move to NASHVILLE and become the Promo. Coordinator for EQUITY RECORDS.  She will be replacing KRISTEN STREAN who is exiting the label.  PROPPER's last day at the station will be FRIDAY, DECEMBER 23rd.  McCARTHY is on the prowl for someone to fill the spot, if you are interested e-mail your resume to jay.mccarthy@infinitybroadcasting.com.
