CUMULUS has hired veteran programmer JAMES ALEXANDER as OM for its Urban properties in MOBILE. ALEXANDER will be in charge of Urban WBLX (93BLX), Urban AC WDLT (SMOOTH 98.3) and Black Gospel WGOK-A (GOSPEL 900). He will also do an-air shift at WDLT. He replaces STEVE CRUMBLEY, who is headed to COX Urban WJMZ (107.3 JAMZ)/GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG, S.C.
