COX RADIO names COX ENTERPRISES EVP JIMMY W. HAYES to its Board of Directors. HAYES will be upped to Pres./COO of COX ENTERPRISES at the end of the year, overseeing the entire operation (radio, TV, newspapers, and other divisions).
