BORDER MEDIA PARTNERS has named JOSE SANTOS VP/Spanish Language Radio Programming. As a highly successful radio programmer, SANTOS has worked for broadcast companies such as UNIVISION RADIO, HISPANIC BROADCASTING CORPORATION and SBS. He also was a successful PD at KLVE/LOS ANGELES.
