THE CONCLAVE announced today that BILLBOARD RADIO MONITOR’s Dir./News, Music & Programming PAUL HEINE and WB TV MINNESOTA’s Sales Promotions Manager SIOBHAN KIERANS were unanimously elected to join the Board.
